Finance By-laws

1. Until further notified, Kiran, Syam and Satyasree manage Finances at IIF

2. For any expense over $100, written approval needed from all the 3 Finance managers

3. Operations and Finance should never be held by the same individual

4. Weekly Finance summary will be presented to Core team

5. Periodic updates and Financial summary will be posted to IIF website (publicly available information)
